How it works
Assess. Prove. Optimize. Govern. Own.
A sequence on the ServiceNow you own, with a decision at each step. You can stop after any of them and keep what's built.

GCC Now™ is the ServiceNow Accelerator by ANSR × inMorphis, a joint venture for global capability centers (GCCs) and GBS organizations. It's people, iForge™ and an operating model, working only on the ServiceNow platform you own.
The motion
- 1
Assess
A Platform Value Scan gives you the baseline, an entitlement check and a money map by tower your finance team can sign. Duration: 2–4 weeks.
Platform Value Scan → - 2
Prove
A 2-week POC on your own data. Regulated firms start in sub-production on masked data after third-party review, with timing agreed with you.
- 3
Optimize
Take out tickets and lower ServiceNow vendor cost, tower by tower, with Deflection Sprint, GBS on One Platform, Run Rebalance and iForge™ Digital Admin.
- 4
Govern
Boards your people chair, every agent counted, and a value register finance can audit.
- 5
Own
A CoE your center controls, with runbooks, architecture repo and dashboards handed over.
The CoE sits inside your center
Three groups, each with its own forum. Customer owns what and why. We own how and when it ships.
Strategy and governance
Your executive sponsor, India Site Leader, Platform Owner and product manager, with a named ANSR lead, a named inMorphis lead and a value lead. They meet as the Executive Steering Board, which holds the quarterly value review with HQ.
Architecture and guardrails
Your process owners, GPOs and enterprise architect, with our platform, CMDB and CSDM, AI and integration architects. They meet as the Technical Governance Board, monthly and on demand.
Delivery and new work
Your admins, developers and existing partner teams, with our developers, QA, admin, release manager and pods with iForge™. Work enters through the Demand Board.
How work changes hands
Plan, knowledge transfer, our CoE in secondary support, then primary support, then steady state. Your Platform Owner signs the exit criteria, and work moves only after shadow and reverse shadow pass. Duration: 4 to 8 weeks per module group, set in the transition plan.
We'll ask for a named Platform Owner and process owners, admin and developer access, a single prioritized backlog, UAT users and CAB slots, integration SMEs, your current partner's time for knowledge transfer, agreed decision times and confirmation of your entitlements.
Two clocks, one team
Your statement of work names who's on call and when. Named ANSR and inMorphis leads speak to HQ in its own terms, through a monthly scorecard and a quarterly value review.
Four ways to staff it
The operating model is the same under each. You choose the ownership and exit.
Managed Capacity
For a strong Platform Owner whose gap is capacity.
Contract-to-Hire
For building a permanent team with lower hiring risk.
Managed Services
For buying outcomes against volumes and SLAs.
Boutique Build-Operate-Transfer
For a mandate to in-source. Transfer is written into the contract, and you name your own Platform Owner before it happens.
How value gets reported
Your finance partner owns the value register, a shared ledger of each verified saving, its baseline, its date and where the freed budget went. Hard savings and capacity freed sit apart. You decide how much goes to AI. Fees move with results, not with headcount.
Common questions
How long until we see something working?
Usually a 2-week POC on your own data, after a Scan of 2–4 weeks. Regulated firms agree timing after third-party review.
Who's accountable?
One agreement, one accountable team; your proposal confirms the contracting entity. Every engagement has a named ANSR lead and a named inMorphis lead from the first call.
Can we exit?
Yes. You choose ownership and exit with the staffing model, and transfer terms go in the contract.
Do you have a bank reference?
Not yet, so we'd start in sub-production on masked data, with the vendor-risk pack up front.
Start with one conversation.
30 minutes with both named leads, on one tower or one renewal date.
By ANSR × inMorphis. A named lead from each firm joins your first call.
