How it runs
We set up the charter and boards, then take over run and release in stages: plan, knowledge transfer, secondary support, primary support, steady state, with exit criteria your Platform Owner signs. iForge™ works on every approved change and release. Customer owns what and why. We own how and when it ships.
Duration: 60 days to set up, then 12 months or more. Transition is 4 to 8 weeks per module group, set in the transition plan. Your statement of work confirms the dates.
Ownership and exit
Buy this as capacity, or plan to bring it in-house. If you choose transfer, it's written into the contract, with runbooks, the architecture repo and dashboards handed over. You name your own Platform Owner before transfer happens.

What's in and out of scope
ServiceNow platform only. For a new center, the scope is its ServiceNow work only: charter, boards, instance governance and releases. Site selection, entity, facilities, hiring, network and IT infrastructure aren't GCC Now™ deliverables.
