Two ~40% figures. They measure different things.

ServiceNow vendor cost

Up to ~40%

iForge™, the Digital FTE built by inMorphis, optimizes ServiceNow vendor costs by up to approximately 40%.

Scope: vendor costs incurred for GBS platform services on ServiceNow. A client's figure depends on its baseline and scope.

Our sales team will walk you through the evidence with your numbers.

L1–L4 ticket volume

~40%

Measured McDonald's and Tricon Energy: ~40% reduction in L1–L4 tickets through deflection.

Scope: ticket volume through deflection, from the named case studies. It isn't a cost figure.

One figure doesn't prove the other, and we promise neither to a new client. Your numbers come from a baseline your finance partner signs.

Your center is built. Now run it on less.

What the accelerator does

GCC Now™ makes the ServiceNow services you already run cost less and move faster. People from both partners work beside your Platform Owner and alongside your current vendors. iForge™ takes routine run and change work under gates your people sign. Your center ends up owning the CoE.

Every offer and every deliverable sits on the ServiceNow platform. If a step touches another system, we integrate with it or extract data from it, and that's all. We don't set up centers, and we sell no licenses.

iForge™, the Digital FTE built by inMorphis

iForge™, the Digital FTE built by inMorphis, optimizes ServiceNow vendor costs by up to approximately 40%. The scope is vendor costs incurred for GBS platform services on ServiceNow, and a client's own figure depends on its baseline and scope.

It does routine admin and backlog stories on your instance. It runs on your model, keys and endpoint, sub-production first. Every change ships with tests and an Evidence Pack, and nothing passes a gate without a named person's signature.

How it works: your first step, day by day

The first step is a Platform Value Scan. It needs an NDA and approved read access, and nothing starts until both are in place.

  1. Before day 1

A short call confirms fit. You sign an NDA and approve read access.

  2. Days 1–2

Kickoff with your Platform Owner. We agree the towers in scope and who signs the baseline.

  3. Days 3–5

We read the instance and check what your ServiceNow tier already includes.

  4. Days 6–8

We map tickets and vendor spend for ServiceNow services by tower, using your data.

  5. Days 9–10

Readout. We rank the actions, walk through the money map, and your finance partner reviews the baseline.

The Scan takes 2–4 weeks. This is the shortest path, and a larger estate takes longer with the steps in the same order. Your plan sets the dates.

What you walk away with

  • 01

A baseline of run cost, vendor spend, license value and deflectable demand

  • 02

An entitlement check of what your tier already includes

  • 03

10–15 ranked actions, including what we'd tell you not to do yet

  • 04

A money map by tower your finance team can sign

  • 05

The HQ Case: one page on what your center could own, at what cost and with what controls

  • 06

A recommended POC, scoped to your data

You keep all six, whatever you decide next. Then prove it in a 2-week POC on your own data. Banks start in sub-production on masked data, with no two-week promise before third-party review.

Two partners, one accountable team

GCC Now™ is a joint venture of ANSR × inMorphis. Each partner brings what the other doesn't.

ANSR

ANSR has established 225+ global centers and serves 100+ Fortune 500 clients (Source: ANSR). It brings relationships across the GCC network, talent and the operating context of running a center.

inMorphis

inMorphis is a ServiceNow Elite Partner with 450+ certified experts and 2,800+ certifications, among the Top 16 ServiceNow Agentic AI Partners globally. It leads solution and delivery, and it built iForge™.

Every engagement has a named ANSR lead and a named inMorphis lead from the first call. One agreement, one accountable team. Both partners are backed by ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures.

Questions we hear first

What is GCC Now?

GCC Now™ is the ServiceNow Accelerator by ANSR × inMorphis. It helps global capability centers (GCCs) and global business services (GBS) organizations run their ServiceNow services more efficiently and at lower vendor cost. GCC Now™ is a joint venture of ANSR × inMorphis.

What does GCC mean here?

Global capability center: a company's own center that runs global services, usually in India for US parents. It has nothing to do with the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Who runs it?

ANSR and inMorphis, as a formed joint venture. Every engagement has a named lead from each firm from the first call, under one agreement with one accountable team.

Will we get up to ~40% lower ServiceNow vendor costs?

We don't promise the maximum. It applies to vendor costs incurred for GBS platform services on ServiceNow, and your figure depends on your baseline and scope. Our sales team will walk you through the evidence with your numbers.

Will we get a ~40% reduction in tickets?

We don't promise that either. McDonald's and Tricon Energy each saw it through deflection. It's a ticket measure and says nothing about cost, and your figure comes from your own baseline.

How does iForge™ handle our instance and data?

It runs on your model, keys and endpoint, sub-production first. Every change ships with tests and an Evidence Pack, and nothing passes a gate without a named person's signature. Our sales team holds the iForge™ security pack.

Do you set up new centers?

No. ANSR does that under its own name. GCC Now™ works only on the ServiceNow platform, so a new center is eligible only for its ServiceNow platform work.

Do we have to replace our current partners?

No. Your partners stay, and we take a separate scope your Platform Owner chooses.

Is this a license-cutting play?

No. We sell no licenses. We lower what you pay vendors to run the platform and help you get full value from what you own. If a step needs a product you don't own, we say so up front.

If your center got 10% of its run budget back next year, where would it go?

30 minutes, one tower, a named lead from each partner.

By ANSR × inMorphis. A named lead from each firm joins your first call.
