How the renewal calculator works

Dates and counts in, months and percents out.

The calculation

  1. 1

    Months to renewal

Whole calendar months from today to your renewal date.

  2. 2

    Start date

Renewal date minus nine months, the preparation window we recommend.

  3. 3

    License use

Licenses in active use ÷ licenses held, as a percent.

  4. 4

    Assist burn

Assists used ÷ contracted pool, shown next to the share of the 365-day year already gone.

  5. 5

    Projected run-out

If use continues at the same daily rate: pool ÷ assists used × days elapsed, from the pool start date. Shown only if it falls inside the year.

Why nine months

A baseline needs finance's signature, a license picture needs usage data, and an assist forecast needs months of real consumption. The full plan is in the renewal guide.

What it can't tell you

The result is only as good as your inputs, and it isn't a quote or a promise. It doesn't convert anything into money: that needs your contracts and your finance partner's sign-off.
