Super Intelligence Control Tower and AI Passport: what is real today

GCC Now editorial team · Nov 3, 2026 · 2 min read

Short answer

Super Intelligence Control Tower (SICT), formerly AI Control Tower, is ServiceNow's layer for governing AI agents, models and workflows. InfoWorld reported the new name on Oct 15, 2026, alongside AI Passport, which ServiceNow said is expected in Q4 2026. Govern with what you have now, and add the new pieces when they reach your instance.

What to do now

  1. List every agent: ServiceNow agents, ones built with Build Agent, third-party agents acting in ServiceNow and ones a business unit set up.
  2. Give each a named owner, an assist budget and a stopping rule.
  3. Report assist use monthly by hand until AI Cost Management ships.
  4. Keep the inventory in SICT so it carries forward.

It helps, but an inventory with owners, budgets and stopping rules can start today.

What is AI Passport?

ServiceNow describes it as verifiable identity for agents. Check your instance before planning around it.
