How the AI estate quick count works
A count by source, and three coverage percentages.
The calculation

Count
Agents entered for each of four sources, summed.

Coverage
Agents with an owner, a budget or a stopping rule ÷ total agents, as percents. Each is capped at the agent count for its source.

Gaps
Total agents minus each covered count, listed when above zero.
The four sources
ServiceNow AI agents; agents built with Build Agent; third-party agents acting in ServiceNow; and agents set up by a business unit. Counting external agents matters, because an external agent that invokes a Now Assist agent or skill draws on your assist pool.
